About the Event

This training is applicable for both Scrum Master and Product Owner. 

As a Scrum Master, you are expected to facilitate and train others on how to write and estimate user stories, keep team metrics and help them with their sprint goals. In this training, you will learn exactly how to do that. Come, learn how to facilitate a refinement and sprint planning meeting!

We will do live demonstration of

  1. User story writing
  2. Planning Poker
  3. Capacity calculation
  4. Velocity calculation
  5. Writing sprint goals

You will leave this training with templates and sheets to help you facilitate your next sprint refinement and planning along with a whole lot of confidence. Welcome!
