Agile and Scrum Foundation

All team members that are in the agile team must understand the fundamentals of being agile and applying scrum framework. In this class, you will learn about agile values, principles and best practices along with how Scrum framework is used in a team. This course will provide you with knowledge required to excel in your career as a Scrum master, product owner, business analyst, project manager, developer, tester or any other role within your agile team. We will explore agile and scrum practices along with what is expected from each role within the scrum team. 

This is a 1 week long program. Class will meet 5 times a week.
